  • Origin Error and AutoSSL reduced SSL coverage

Hello good morning. Please, I have been having this problem for some time now, Origin Error and

afrimasterweb.com.bonalinks.com: AutoSSL reduced SSL coverage

AutoSSL has successfully renewed the Domain Validated (DV) SSL certificate for “afrimasterweb.com.bonalinks.com”. The new certificate lacks the following domains that the previous certificate secured:
I need help thanks

afrimaster Is the SSL at your host fully functional? If not, you may want to speak with them more to get the SSL renewed. If needed, you can point your nameservers back to your host for them to renew the SSL, then point the nameservers back to us.

Hi there, I followed your instructions, but I'm currently facing an issue with the origin error. Despite repeated attempts, I haven't been able to retrieve any HTTP response data for this domain. I would greatly appreciate some assistance. It has been more than two weeks, and if I revert it back to my host, everything functions perfectly. However, upon pointing it back to this location, the origin error persists. Your help would be highly appreciated.

      Thanks

afrimaster When I eidt my hosts file to connect to your origin server it's showing as http which means the Ezoic SSL needed to be on 'flexible'. I have updated that for you now. The site is now up and serving securely fine on uncached versions (screenshot below).

Additionally I notice the www version of your site is not accessible so if you have a dns record for the www sub domain showing in your hosting dns/ zone files, make sure you get a copy of this added to the Ezoic system - here's how: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains

Thank you very much, I have tried several times to input this informations , but I keep getting origin error, here is the DNS settings

afrimaster The site is live and running through Ezoic's proxy for me. If you are seeing an origin error, you'll need to follow the steps in this staff post to get the site live again, however I'm confident that if you clear out your cache you'll see the site as live.

Imogen Thanks for your time, I am already frustrated with this origin error, it is still there, I need help, I don't know what else to do

Did your host inform you that they have whitelisted IPs?

When I go to your site now, it's working fine.

OK, but from my end is still not working, let me check again. Also, also if you check my statistics, you will see the visit is close to zero.

From what I can see your site isn't currently integrated with Ezoic. If you reconnect then we should be able to track your stats properly. If things aren't looking right then, we can look further into this
