• Origin error and 403 error

onlyprincerajput Is there still an issue right now? This is something that has been covered time and time again in the community. Blocking is not on Ezoic. We can provide solutions, and we work with hosts for them to be compatible and not block our IPs.

    Yes, this error is still coming and I have also asked Hostinger whether you have blocked any IPS or not. I also sent the IPS to them and they said no, we have not blocked any of your IPS.

      Sir, you may give a temporary solution for now, but please give a solution.

        same issue I am facing. Site was working well. As I integrated with ezoic started to face errors ..somehow admin panel dont open 403 forbidden error show. sometimes it works well. Its annoying. Hostinger says all is OK. I dont know why its happening..Even MCM approval is in progress for last 4 days
        Why?

          Do you have any security plugins active on your site?

            Only few plugins installed like google site kit, lite speed caching. performance lab, kadence theme plugins, jetpack was installed i removed now...

              check please sometimes it work sometime not 403 error ...cloudflare error comes ....hostinger says its all ok...they whitelist ezoic ips

                hamzamcd we made a change on the back end to make sure requests are only coming from that subset of Ips that Hostinger whitelisted. can you try clearing your cache and cookies? Hopefully the errors should be resolved now.

                  hamzamcd also if you could confirm whether you were with Siteground hosting when you first signed up to Ezoic or whether you moved to their hosting subsequently?

                    I am using hostinger from day 1st. And still using it. I cleared caching from cloudflre also browser caching but my error is coming still

                      hamzamcd you also need to disable litespeed caching as this is generally incompatible with Ezoic and can stop our ads from showing and our analytics from working, and it could also be caching the errors you're seeing. Try that and then clear your browser cache and cookies again and check if you still see any errors

                        I'm encountering 403 and sometimes, 520 issues on my site

                        however, I've tried updating Ezoic's provided IP at my host. But while doing so, the following IPs are being identified incorrect.

                        2600:1f10:4c55:e200::/56
                        2600:1f13:393:600::/56
                        2406:da1a:e10::/56
                        2406:da18:9d0:1400::/56
                        2406:da1c:58a:e100::/56
                        2600:1f11:f39:6f00::/56
                        2a05:d014:776:a600::/56
                        2a05:d018:dd:7800::/56
                        2a05:d012:4d8:6800::/56
                        2600:1f1e:342:2f00::/56

                        The rest IPs are fine.

                        Host says on it "Only an IPv6 range (CIDR) value of /32, /48, or /64 is allowed for IP Access Rules."

                        My host is cloudflare

                          Bcoz of this, i'm seeing a drop in my website's visitors and earning too. 403 error is almost recurring on my site. I'm fed up with this. Please ezoic team, provide me resolution.

                          I've tried to whitelist the following IPs at my host cloudflare, but it shows that following are incorrect others are fine.

                          2600:1f10:4c55:e200::/56
                          2600:1f13:393:600::/56

                          2406:da18:9d0:1400::/56
                          2406:da1c:58a:e100::/56
                          2600:1f11:f39:6f00::/56
                          2a05:d014:776:a600::/56
                          2a05:d018:dd:7800::/56
                          2a05:d012:4d8:6800::/56
                          2600:1f1e:342:2f00::/56

                            Your site is actually live and running through Ezoic's proxy for me, so it could also just be that you need to clear out your browser cache

                              Good day, I can't log in to my WP-admin. I keep getting the 403 Forbidden error message. Access.
                              I contacted my hosting provider (NameCheap) and provided them with Ezoic IP addresses to whitelist. They already installed them and told me that everything was ready, but the problem still persists, my website has already had the 403 error for 4 days, I am losing traffic and I also cannot continue writing articles. Can you help me? I can't use my WP admin because I keep getting the 403 Access Forbidden error message mentioned above. I cleared the cache twice on my browser and on Ezoic. The problem still persists.
