how do you mean by instant revenue drop?
you have confirmed it that Ezoic's system is programmed to force everyone to use the caching system or their EPMV will see a sharp decline and not recover.
despite the caching system and more from Ezoic, pages still load incredibly slowly than using other caching system like WProcket, Cloudflare etc. however, it is unfair of the system to then reduce the EPMV drastically. that is to say, there is no flexibility using Ezoic.
two days ago, there was Prime sales day which brought a lot of traffic (from some pages) despite the Google helpful content update that hit my site, however, the EPMV that day was still low, though higher than previous days. after seeing the response from support here 2 days ago I decided to turn back on leap and caching system yesterday. well, the prime sales extended to yesterday and earlier I was seeing some earnings. by today the earlier reported earning had dropped. I am sure by the time the full report for yesterday will be out the system would have cut the earnings very deep despite an expected reasonable outcome (the traffic was as much as the first day).
I do not like Ezoic's lack of transparency in their ads display system and earnings.
I have turned leap and caching back on. I just hope this will return my site back to the epmv it used to be at the beginning and make the premium invite worth it after all. I'm giving the cache system a day or so to fully cache my site before accepting the premium invite.
