please look at this in image, the video ad always stuck there even if its invisible, and this make people confused as they try to click on something and it dont work, I tried some css fixes and didnt work.

AmarXII Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I'm seeing a Cloudflare 524 error when trying to view your site, are you seeing the same when checking the site as well? Had you been seeing this prior to the issue with the ads? I would recommend first reverting whatever changes you may have made as this may be breaking the site, then we will be able to better assess what is causing the issue with the floating video ad.

Coley thanks for your reply, I'm sorry just had to clear cache which usally cause that error. now its working good

yes, all the pages, exept the exluded from ads of course and home page one of them. last two days I dont see that ad too much. but however usally the problem start happning after the user click skip ad on that video ad or when the video ad hide it self or when its about to spawn, this cause anything under its container not clickable and the texts not selectable, like the ad is there still and just invisible which of course will cause conflect with the interface

AmarXII I've raised this with our developers and have asked them to look into this, to see if we can implement a solution. It should only take a few seconds in most cases for the video ad to load in and once the ad is closed, this appears to work fine - so the number of users that this will negatively impact will be very low; but ideally, we'd like that to be zero.

I'll let you know once we have an update from our developers for you.

Lilla no, it happen everytime, I mean when the user skip video, it will be still there all the time and when you try to click something under it, will be not clickable.
also I think the problem is related to rtl sites, and is happens clearly direclty on mobile sites, but hard to recreat it from browser developer inspect
just open anypage that have ads enabled
wait for the video ad to show (or when its about to show)
skip it thought the skip button, not thought the X
and it will disapear but anything under it will be not clickable

Lilla Hey Lilla, I wanted to know why my site is not approved for monetization. I believe I have done all that the guidelines require; I have written all my content from scratch with the intent of reaching humans, and all the information on my website is accurately researched and updated. I also get a lot of visitors on my website who leave comments stating how the content is useful and others just interacting. Tucker_P_Ezoic this happen on all pages, exept homepage because its exluded from ads.
