Please help me in updating the DNS record with Ezoic.

Thanks! 🙂

peter7779 ok thanks for the screenshot so you need to update the A record with the host name "@" at Ezoic to point to the Ip address from your new host 173.230.149.42. As for the localhost record, webdisk, webmail, autoconfig, and autodiscover - they don't appear to be showing in your new host's screenshot, so I'd suggest asking your host whether they have these records. If they don't then these can be deleted in your Ezoic account.

      Yes they have all those.
The DNS records have been updated now.
      Thanks.

So I have switched web hosting and I'm still getting ads not loading issue on my site.

I screenshotted one of my pages that was having ads not loading issue (screenshots below) to show HostArmada support:

To my surprise, she checked the page from her end and she didn't see any signs of ads at all. Here's the video from her of the same page: https://armada.support/CLMsn3RLFw

Is there anything wrong with my settings or something else? On my side here I can see ads with some not loading. On her side she didn't find any ads at all.

Please check the link below, these are different people from around the world viewing my site. All of them were unable to see any ads on my site.

So the reason only myself can see ads from my end is probably due to a cache result? I just completed migration and DNS updating and propagation period has finished. Do I need to clear my Ezoic cache for the entire site? Please advice.

          Thanks!

I just tried clearing cache for 1 particular page. I updated something on the page and then cleared cache by URL.

But the page didn't reflect the updates. It's still staying the same.

Is it possible this is due to changed of new hosting provider and there could be a misconfiguration or updates Ezoic needs to accomplish at your end?

peter7779 Ads not showing isn't due to any misconfigured settings with changing hosts, as your site is still routed through Ezoic. Ads are definitely showing on my end, and you do have revenue for every single day, suggesting ads are showing to visitors. Which particular URLs aren't you seeing ads on?
