The number of visitors has decreased these 2 months. It decreases from 2.8K to 1.3K.
I tried the following but it doesn't improve the situation.

  • Set a max number of Ads
  • Clear cache

The income also decreased a lot through this year. Recently, it has earned less than 1$ this month...

Any suggestion to improve it?

Looks like your reduction in traffic has occurred around the same time as Google's helpful content update. You can find more info on this, as well as a link to Google's full documentation on the update here :https://www.searchenginejournal.com/google-concludes-rollout-of-september-2023-helpful-content-update/497354/#close

This also appears to be the cause for your revenue drop. Your EPMV has remained relatively consistent. The main takeaways from Google's update is that they're targetting content that they're considering 'unhelpful' and dropping search rankings. My recommendation would be to use their documenttion to find this content on your site, and adjust accordingly.

This is an educational website. as far as fluctuations, I experienced a 2000% increase in traffic and have experienced a steady decline since. Mine started October 27, 2023 . www.furrycritter.com

bryntel In your case, your site saw a traffic spike due to one page in particular and then the traffic subsided again. You can go to the Landing Page report in Analytics to confirm. You'll want to find out what caused the traffic spike. Check Google Search Console too. That said, it's not unusual for traffic to individual posts to increase temporarily and then drop again.

Mohammad2306 I have checked both and still have no idea what caused the spike. It's absolutely amazing how much money can be made from a site, unfortunately unless you magically find the right combination, or you spend tons of money with google to promote, no-one is willing to give any insight as to why things work the way they do. Obviously Ezoic is included. Anomolies don't just happen, we are talking about computers here. 0's and 1's the is no abiguity.

There should be more info in Google Search Console, related to clicks and position data. Some sites also benefit from Google Discover traffic.
