Ayoungerskin If you're clearing the cache and content isn't updating that implies there's some incompatible caching at play. Rather than clear the cache at Siteground, disable Siteground caching, especially Siteground Optimizer (which isn't compatible with Ezoic).
Also, use the Ezoic plugin for CDN management. With the Ezoic caching plugin you can set up a feature to automatically clear the cache when content is updating, but rather than clear the whole site cache the plugin only clears the cache of pages that are relevant: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-can-i-set-up-the-ezoic-wordpress-plugin-for-cdn-management
