Problems integrating site with ezoic

Checking ezoic I found a red reading of an alleged problem integrating the site with the ezoic platform... I filed a ticket that they did not respond to... I went to the hosting and made a request, they told me it was an attack denial of service, which suspended the connection with ezoic from cloudflare. I don't have a cloudflare account. Send screenshot of ezoic dns. Which would then change an A record to another IP to control the attack. Maybe my main site horoscopochino.co is down and the associated sites too, pcweb.info and medicinal.icu. They don't respond to me now about hosting and the ezoic ticket, either...I don't know what to do. Everything was working fine until last night.Thank you

We detected a potential dDos attack on the site's over the weekend, which forces us to remove the full integration to protect other sites using our services.

Since Omar did not contact me, I tell you that I have an open ticket and a Mr. Ramon has asked me for DNS information and has requested to place some IPs on the white list... but my main site has already been off the air for a full day and Without being able to manage any of the other sites that are on the same hosting...neither for the hosting nor for Ezoic this is a priority, one feels like a third-class citizen. It would be preferable if they charged premium support and expedited these cases, which at least for us as bloggers are critical, affecting our reputation and our income...

angeleulises Hi, this isn't a low priority for the team but the team who're looking into this do work on PST time zone. We have also gotten back to you in a timely fashion so far.

That said, have you been able to implement the changes suggested by Ramon?

They said that about the hosting but, since during the alleged attack they asked to change an A record and point it towards their firewall, Sucuri...continues to read the 502 error

angeleulises Got it, who is it you're using for hosting? Was your host able to whitelist Ezoic's IPs both on the origin and via the firewall?
