Hello, I have two sites that I would like to readd to Ezoic. That went well. However, I can seem to delete the old hosting files (on the Ezoic dashboard) to restart the migration to Ezoic hosting from my current host. I keep getting Internal Server Error, Try Again. This is happening for both sites.

unqiue132 Hey, if your site is currently integrated and running through Ezoic's proxy, you shouldn't have any old hosting files causing any issues. Your site is currently live and being hosted with your new host, right? And you're following the steps in this knowledge base to transfer the site? https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/wordpress-hosting-app

Hi, yes. But like you said, I shouldn't have any old hosting files. But I do. And I cannot delete them because I get an internal server error. If I hit publish the website, I get a 504 error and I can't access the site. This happens for all three sites on my account rn.

unqiue132 Just to be clear, you want to complete wipe the hosting files so you can restart the hosting process? This would require us to contact our hosting team and when we are certain that's what you're looking to implement we can send in that request

Yes. Please do that. For all three sites. I'd like to move them to Ezoic hosting. But it is not letting me. I tried to set up the new one as well but that fails. It fails at allocating resources and I can't delete it to start the process again. I don't know why it is happening. Thank you!

unqiue132 I've asked the team to restart the process for your two older domains. We also had another site face the allocating resources error, so your issue is likely related to that - we'll keep you updated with the responses from the hosting team as they get back to us 🙂

            7 days later

Hey, can I ask that you have the team restart the process for the third domain? That fixed the issue for the first two and the third site is now fully integrated so I may be able to complete the process now. Thank you!

unqiue132 We can put the request in, yes, but you first need to try remove the site from Ezoic hosting on your end. If you get the internal error we'll have the team remove the site from hosting.

Ethan Ethan Yes. Please put the request in. I just tried to remove the site from Ezoic hosting myself and I got the same error.

Just to make sure we're 100percent on the same page - you're looking to add air********connect.com to Ezoic hosting now, correct?

We previously processed the request for air---connect.com and m---to.com. Are you asking about m---la.com? Do you want us to remove m---la.com from Ezoic hosting?

No! You previously processed m---la.com and my---to.com. air---connect.com is the one that needs processing The issue with m---la.com and my---to.com is now fixed and both sites are live and working flawlessly with Ezoic hosting. air---connect.com is the one that is not fixed. Thanks!

unqiue132 I asked the team to look at that, this should be done by around 10/11am PST - thanks for your patience in the meantime

Hi all, thank you for your help. I can confirm that all websites are fully functioning and hosted via Ezoic! I appreciate it. Have a good one!
