Your site was denied for low-quality / invalid traffic initially. That means that Ezoic needs to collect an abundance of data on your traffic to be re-reviewed properly. We appreciate your patience, but rushing the review is not going to result in a positive outcome in this case.

The GA stats you shared show the number of visits and users but that does not describe the traffic behavior. You may want to explore that aspect further.
