Can't SetUp Mediation

I have tried to set up mediation but I can't. I used to have it on my site but I disable everything at a point when Ezoic plugin was breaking my site. Now I've been trying but it's not bringing the option to accept third-party on Adsense.

We can remove the email information from the thread once we see it - - - and the pub-ID offers no security risk.

We'll need that information to send a new link.
The other option is to open a new thread selecting AdManager MCM as the topic from the dropdown, and there's a form field to submit your AdSense information privately.

When you accept that Ezoic will be a third party in AdSense. Do bear in mind its not an issue if mediation remains pending after you accept the invite. Nor is it an issue if mediation earnings remain at 0.
