During some recent troubleshooting, I adjusted various settings on my website, including deactivating plugins that Ezoic said to. Now, when I look at my Leap settings, I get the notification "** We've detected a compatibility issue with mercurypets.com. Contact us so we can help you resolve this. **"

This is appearing on the Name Server Integration section. I'm using the Ezoic NS so wondering what else I need to adjust to fix compatibility issues. Thanks for the help!

you can ignore this message - I've just checked everything and your DNS setup looks fine. That said, if you notice anything unusual on your site please do let us know.

HarryB Thanks, Harry — I did notice my cache hit rate has said "off" the past three days even though I have caching enabled. Would that be a related issue?

Do you have any additional caching plugins installed, or even have caching enabled at the host / cloudflare?

I have a deactivated caching plugin and as far as I can tell caching is not enabled at the host or Cloudflare.

It looks like your nameserver integration was still pending set-up and the site was going through WP plugin integration. The caching seems to be working now as the site is showing cache hits with header checks.

Are you using the CDN Manager with the WordPress plugin? You can still do that but you may want to turn off the integration feature in the plugin settings.

I went to check, and now I'm getting the Origin Error, which I had to troubleshoot last week. Why is this happening again?
