The standard floating ad has been swapped over for the new Universal Player. If you do not want this at all, you can turn off Universal Player here - https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adpositions/adtypes/floatingvideo What is the main concern though? This player has been showing 10+% increase in revenue for websites using it.

Fysal Looks like you were able to change the settings on your own. I would recommend using the Universal video player and just set controls on what pages it will show on (if you are interested I can show you how).

I already turn off the universal video player. But still the floating video is showing on my website. I don't understand why this happens. I don't want this feature for now. Please help me.

hasaneee717 I just tested 10 different pages on uncached versions and couldn't see any videos - it's difficult for us to troubleshoot an issue which we can't currently replicate. To go back to Jan's message, please can you help us to understand what is your main concern with using universal player? - We'd find the feedback really useful.

It's inadvisable to turn this off approaching Black Friday as this is one of the most profitable times of year in the ad industry, and publishers are seeing an average of 10% increases in revenue, even right now in the run up to Black Friday. If you read through this post, the solution was presented by Jan on Friday.
However, we really need to push back at turning these off since you're going to miss out on very significant revenue opportunities this week.

Sorry, I posted to the wrong thread. Floating ads are not my issue but the network videos are.

Video ads are okay but I do not want videos from other Humix users. My site still displays network videos even though I have tried to turn them off.

finnoy We've flagged this with our team we'll report back when we hear from them. I have confirmed though I turned off the network videos for both your sites, so if you are still seeing them we'll get to the bottom of it.

OK; I found the solution to my problem of Universal Player showing even with deactivating the option and purging the server and browser caches: I re-enabled the Universal Player option again, then, disabled it. After that, I cleared the browser cache and cookies. And, it worked: no more floating videos.
