How do I stop adverts appearing in my website header?

Hi guys,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Huge adverts appear above by top navigation and hero banner and it looks terrible in all honesty.

I found wp_top_of_page in generated placeholders and turned this off for mobile and desktop but this hasn't done the trick.

Any help is appreciated

AlmostCosmos Hey, the ad populating in your header is from our placement service, you can identify this as a placement service placeholder as it starts with 'gen'. I've disabled this location for you, please can you clear out your browser cache and see if that has worked?
