Ezoic Ads aren't showing to logged in non-admin users, I've tested logging in with non-admin accounts on my pc and mobile devices, Ezoic ad's aren't showing.

I've the same problem. I've try to deactivate the plugin and the ads work well ( only google ads ), in i turn on the ezoic plugin, the ads don't work

Hey honil888, I'm experiencing the same problem with Ezoic Ads not showing for logged-in non-admin users. I've tried deactivating the plugin, and the ads from Google Ads work fine. But when I turn on the Ezoic plugin, the ads don't display. Additionally, I'm having trouble allowing viewers to subscribe to my site, causing a loss in earnings. I've tried various solutions, like changing plugins to let viewers create accounts from the frontend, but the issue persists. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? It's affecting both ad visibility and user subscriptions. Thanks!"

Raked Yes i see that if i deactvate ezoic google ads work fine. I try to talk with support but i see that the thing here are change. Ezoic doens t have italian support or tecnical support if i'm level 1....
        WTF

honil888 it seems like many of us are facing a similar issue with Ezoic ads not showing for logged-in users.
I attempted to reach out to Ezoic support as well, but it seems challenging to get a solution. I stumbled upon a thread https://community.ezoic.com/d/19180-ads-not-showing-to-logged-in-users/9 in the Ezoic community where users discussed a similar problem. Some mentioned that the solution might be on Ezoic's end, possibly involving a setting change to allow logged-in users to see ads.

Raked How do users login to your site? I am unable to find any kind of user login portal on the site. Please note that when you are logged into your Wordpress admin area, you should not be seeing ads.

Currently, I've temporarily disabled the ability for anyone to create an account and log in to the website. This decision was made due to ongoing issues with ad visibility, which has been causing a loss of profit.
If you require access to the website to further investigate the problem:
              XXXX

@Raked - please refrain from sharing login credentials publicly. We've hidden them for you now but it's never advised to share that kind of information when other publishers or visitors can see it.

Regarding users logging into wp-admin in some way, and not seeing ads, that's actually exactly how our system is designed to work.
Logged in users should not be seeing ads.

There are other ways of allowing logged in users to have a profile that doesn't involve logging into wp-admin. If you can provide more information on how you've implemented the creation of accounts, we can advise further.

Tucker_P_Ezoic Thank you for the clarification, and I appreciate your caution regarding login credentials.

I've tried various methods to allow viewers to create accounts without using wp-admin logins. Specifically, I've utilized plugins such as "Ultimate Member," "User Registration," and "Forminator." Unfortunately, none of these solutions have resolved the issue with logged-in users not seeing ads.
I'm open to exploring alternative ways to set up user profiles. If you have specific recommendations or insights on other methods that could address the ad visibility problem, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Raked I just changed a setting can you check again? We default to no ads for logged in WP users regardless of level, but I have updated that for you.
