Hi there - more than happy to help with this!
- You don't need to change the Name server records in your Ezoic DNS (angelfish.ezoicns.com and binturong.ezoicns.com). If you're just changing where your site is hosted, and it's still registered with GoDaddy (i.e. you'll still renew your domain name with them once it expires), then you don't need to change your name servers at all.
What you need to change is a record in your DNS settings that is of type 'A' and name '@' - it should point to an IP address (that will be your old host location) - update the IP address (by clicking the pencil icon next to the record) so that it matches the one the bluehost sent, and that should ensure that we're connected to bluehost. You'll likely have other DNS records at bluehost (you can find them using this guide https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host ) which you can update as well, but the '@' record is the most important one for keeping your site connected.
With regards to type, name and value, the type will usually be one of 'A' 'CNAME' 'TXT' 'MX' , the name is just the name of that record - it'll sometimes be called 'hostname' depending on who your host is. In the example you sent above '@' is the name, and then the value is typically an IP address or domain name location. Usually when you see a DNS record, it comes in the format 'type' 'name' 'value' - hope this helps, but feel free to ask any questions if you're unsure
2 - your name servers at godaddy should be your Ezoic ones. If you switch them back then you'll ensure your site is connected to Ezoic. However, I'd recommend updating your DNS records according to the instructions above first.
