It does look like there's third-party caching enabled, including some sort of 'edge' caching which will negatively affect Ezoic cache hit rate as well as potentially harm earnings potential.
We'd recommend removing any additional caching you're using outside of Ezoic and Cloudflare, and then also making sure Cloudflare caching is set to 'standard' with no page-rules, and the browser cache / TTL setting is showing 'respect existing headers'.
