Hi,

I was wondering how I can get rid of these large, bulky videos on the website? They get more in the way of my content.

As far as I know of, I don't have any videos enabled, so I'm not sure how I'm getting video ads on my website?

Do you have an example URL where you're seeing the video player overlap content or 'get in the way'?
The universal video player from Humix is creating significant revenue uplift for all publishers, disabling it all together is ill-advised.

WOW I am so sorry for the very late reply. I was never notified about someone answering my question, but yes here is a link example where the video just looks odd in the content at the beginning. I don't usually mind the video floating on the sidebar, but when it's in the content it just makes the post look wonky.

Any suggestions on ways to keep the video then but not be so bulky?

CarolAnn Hey I initially saw the player populating on the left hand side of the page when I first checked the site. I've managed to get it centered now, please can you clear out your cache and see if that is working for you now? CarolAnn I've taken a look and it appears the video player is being impacted by an ad location that is filling either above or below it. The video only loads in the centre when the ad location you have inserted fills, if the ad does not fill, the video loads to the left. After checking your chrome extension placeholder setup I've found a couple of issues, you should not duplicate placeholders, for example, you have numerous 'under_first_paragraph' and 5 'incontent_5' placeholders. We advise against this type of ad setup, it can make it difficult for us to identify the placeholder causing the issue, and isn't necessary as you can only load 1 incontent_5 placeholder at at time onto the page. I recommend reviewing your chrome extension placeholder setup using this guide: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/using-the-ezoic-chrome-extension

So when you say I have numerous 'under_first_paragragh' placeholders, are you saying there was more than one of those placeholders per blog post? Can I only do one 'under_first_paragraph' placeholders and then not use that placeholder for any other blog posts?

I only see one of those placeholders in the blog post in the example link that I sent, so I'm a little confused.

If I am following correctly, you only need to add one placeholder to a location on a page and it will fill in the same location on other pages if the layout/divs/elements are the same. Are you trying to create multiple placeholders for specific pages and not have them transfer to other pages?

You can adjust instream / outstream settings for the Universal Player on this page of your publisher dashboard.

As far as I see, I have the placeholders transferred across my blog posts since they all have the same layout.
