Floating Video Ads have disappeared

Hello.

I used to have a floating video appear in the bottom right corner of my pages. However, recently, Universal player was automatically added for me which I then turned off because it was putting massive videos right at the top of my pages which I didn't like, and I now just have Standard Video Ads on.

Since this happened, I can't seem to find any pages on my site with a floating video. Do I need to do something else to my pages for the floating video to work?

byGoldenberry Hey! The Universal Player is far superior than the floating video ad. I'd recommend disabling the floating video ad and reenabling the universal player with some additional rules to prevent it from being added to the top of your page. You can, for example, choose the 2nd or 3rd viewport for the video location. You can do this here: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adpositions/adtypes/floatingvideo

It is not necessary that video ads will show every time site loads, but you aren't seeing them all clear your cache or use your site in other device

Imogen hey Imogen. Thanks for your reply. I've put it back on and changed the viewport to the third, but it was already set to the 2nd so I wonder why it was showing at the top still. 🤔

Also do I need to specifically exclude it from my shop pages or will it follow my other ad exclusion rules?

Imogen also, is there a way to limit it to only show my own videos that I have on humix?

You can manage these settings directly through your Humix dashboard. Just log in and go to Humix -> Site -> Video Content Settings
