Hi,

I recently reinstated my website after 2 weeks and when I logged back in there have been issues with the site not showing in browsers even though we have cleared cache. I spoke with Bluehost and they have said that I need to check the DNS settings because they do not match.

We have checked the DNS tracker and our DNS does not match with any of the Australia DNS (ours would be either Melbourne or Research): https://dnschecker.org/#A/getgymfit.com.au

They also had me check https://www.whois.com/whois/getgymfit.com.au . It says that
Status: clientUpdateProhibited, serverRenewProhibited

I'm not sure if this helps.

Thanks Mohammad, my IP Address for my A record matches what I have with Bluehost. When you say publisher dashboard do you mean wordpress dashboard?

I mean your Ezoic dashboard. Does the IP address in your Ezoic dashboard match what you have with Bluehost?

Yes they do. All the A record match my bluehost IP

Can you share a copy of your DNS zone records at Bluehost? We can take a look.

            a month later

I am with Panthur and this is all I can seem find on my dashboard.

Can you clarify? So your hosting provider is Panthur (not Bluehost)? You mentioned Bluehost earlier in the thread.

Do you have cPanel access through Panthur? That should allow you to view the zone records. Panthur support may be able to assist as well.

Sorry, yes after checking with my partner we noticed that out provider is Panthur and not Bluehost. Panthur has limited functions with their cpanel so I asked Panthur via messenger for my DNS records and they sent me back the following feedback in the screenshot below.

Thanks Harry. I think I have access to the cpanel through Bluehost (Hosting) account. I have found the zone editor. This is what it is showing.

That doesn't seem like a complete set of zone records. It's just MX records used for email services.

Who exactly is your hosting provider? Is it Panthur or Bluehost?

if Panthur is your hosting provider, then that information will have to come from them, not Bluehost.

The screenshot you got from Panthur previously seems to be based on a misunderstanding. Instead of looking up your DNS zone records through your Panthur control panel, that representative used a third-party tool to look for nameserver records, which is not what we asked for.

Did you try the guide that Harry linked to earlier? If Panthur is your hosting provider, can you ask them? We need the DNS zone records for their hosting. The IP address for the A records is especially important. And to be clear, we are not asking them to use a third-party lookup tool. (That won't be reliable anyway because Ezoic serves as a proxy, similar to Cloudflare, in this case.) We are asking them to check their own internal records.

Sorry for the confusion. Our domain is registered with Panthur and our hosting with Bluehost. Does that mean the record should be with Bluehost because I can't see them anywhere when following the instructions Imogen provided. I have found 'Manage Advanced DNS Records' now on bluehost a different way but I shows nothing except for '+ add record'

When I click on the 'Domain' tab it doesn't show any of the info that is pictured in the guide, just what is in the image I have sent.

In the link you sent it says that:

'Important: If your name servers are hosted by Bluehost and your domain is not registered directly with us, please note that you cannot edit DNS records through our account manager, and you must make the necessary change directly through the platform of your domain provider.'

But when I check Panthur there are no records and the cpanel shows only the mx records.

If Bluehost is your host, then the necessary information will come from them, not your domain registrar.
Can you contact Bluehost support and ask them for the DNS zone records they need to host the domain?
We are looking for A, CNAME, etc. The IP address for the A records is especially important and we need the IP for the hosting server (not Cloudflare or some CDN).
