I want to disable the automated WebP conversions of images. How can I do that?
FinancialFreedomCountdown The Ezoic leap setting is causing issues with my picture and when I am trying to validate the RSS feed with pictures, I am getting "The image is too small to ingest: width: 0 and height: 0" error message
FinancialFreedomCountdown No problem. Head to Leap > optimize > change settings > images > advanced settings > turn off webP/next gen conversion > save changes!
Ethan that is the only setting without the on/off toggle button. The More info section says "If you need to disable this setting for your site for compatibility reasons, please contact Support."
We went ahead and turned this feature off for you.
If there's a technical conflict with another image optimization plugin (e.g. short pixel), the other option would have been to turn off that third-party plugin on your site.
Mohammad2306 I would also like to turn off the WebP format, but I cannot. Could you please help me? Thank you.
@NaNa - is there a reason you want to turn these off? Are you having any issues with it?
HarryB yes, I am using blog2social plugin for feeding my posts to community pages, and it does not work with WebP format.
We've deactivated those settings for you! Should be set 🙂
HarryB
Thank you. Now I cannot rech my site at all from yesterday. It writes 524 error. The server is overloded... Can it be because of Ezoic?
HarryB Blog2Socila is also working thank you.
NaNa This shouldn't be due to Ezoic - I'm not currently having any issues on the site either. Have you reached out to your host about this at all?
HarryB Yes I did. He said I should turn off the processes that slowing down the server. 🙂
Now it is working... but the adds are turned off...
Sorry - you're saying that ads are no longer showing on the site now?
Now I have tried to turn them on again... The server time is getting higher this way. < kepernyokep-2024-02-25-193350.png >
Do you have any additional caching on your site? That could help relieve the load on your server. Most caching plugins should work with Ezoic - you can find a list of incompatible caching plugins here : https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/what-known-caching-plugins-work-or-dont-work-with-ezoic
