Frankly, we'd need you to be a bit more willing to troubleshoot with our staff - we're actively helping you over the last few days and if the expectation is going to be that our staff simply 'fix' something, those expectations would need to be adjusted. This is a self-guided onboarding / management process, where our staff can help you along, but we don't setup sites or simply 'fix' things on deman when troubleshooting is needed.
Turning off Ezoic traffic is going to both stop ad service, and can lead to further issues with the optimizations.
We'd suggest you start sending the traffic to Ezoic again as a baseline, and then we can address any questions you have or troubleshooting that's needed.
