caching issue

sanatanji Your Ezoic cache settings look good, but the cache hit rate dropped off from January 25th. Did you make any changes to your setup outside of Ezoic on this day e.g. installing new plugins, moving hosts etc?

Additionally, do you use any caching plugins or caching at your host?

      sanatanji
I am seeing some Edge and Litespeed caching enabled. Can you disable those forms of caching so the Ezoic caching app can work?

sanatanji It might not necessarily be a plugin, we often see hosting providers (such as Hostinger) with Litespeed enabled. Can you reach out to your host and make sure all server side caching is disabled?

sanatanji That would be because you've turned off Ezoic traffic entirely: https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/optimizationgoals

You need to turn on Ezoic traffic or ads won't show, and none of Ezoic's other products e.g. Leap or caching will work.

That said, in terms of your EPMV, over 97% of traffic is coming from India, which has particularly low paying ad rates. Also, 97% of visitors use mobile, and mobile visits generally accrue less revenue. These factors are sadly out of our control, so your EPMV is always going to be limited by those two factors, unless you're able to bring in more desktop visitors and visitors from countries with higher paying ads.

Ethan yes i have turned off few hours ago..but leap is not working from 5 days...and no one helping..

I turned off Ezoic Monetization a few hours ago for testing purposes.

sanatanji Can you explain what you mean by Leap is not working? Leap is acitvated in your dashboard and I am seeing data there

Frankly, we'd need you to be a bit more willing to troubleshoot with our staff - we're actively helping you over the last few days and if the expectation is going to be that our staff simply 'fix' something, those expectations would need to be adjusted. This is a self-guided onboarding / management process, where our staff can help you along, but we don't setup sites or simply 'fix' things on deman when troubleshooting is needed.

Turning off Ezoic traffic is going to both stop ad service, and can lead to further issues with the optimizations.
We'd suggest you start sending the traffic to Ezoic again as a baseline, and then we can address any questions you have or troubleshooting that's needed.
