Can you explain which IPs you've added to your hosting? We don'ty require a hosting change for integration. Do you have a CNAME record for hosting your cpanel by any chance? If so, I'd recommend adding it to your Ezoic DNS settings. That should hopefully fix the issue you were having with cPanel access

HarryB I added Ezoic IPs to my Whitelist.

Yes, I added the hosting DNS.

However, the website cannot be accessed here. I do not know what else to do.

If you are able to access the site through your cellphone connection but not Wifi, then it's likely related to a caching issue. The website is up and running for us when we go to your site now.

If you updated your DNS recently, it will also take some time for the update to propagate globally. Various ISPs can cache DNS settings for some time, typically up to 24 to 48 hours.

What exactly is the error you are seeing?

linhagemgeek Site is loading on my end now. Are you still seeing issues, or are they only occasionally?

Do you use anything else besides cpHulk that could be blocking IPs? Any WP security plugins? Did your web host confirm that they have whitelisted IPs on their end?

Mohammad2306 Yes, use Wordfence. I added the IPs myself in cpHulk. But I believe the problem does not come from the website. Because I can't even access cpanel and whm via the link, only via the hosting IP. And even renaming the site's root folder does not have any influence on the site, I still have no access.

It sounds like you just whitelisted in cpHulk. Is that correct?

Are you able to whitelist Ezoic IPs in WordFence as well?
They offer this easy guide to quickly whitelist Ezoic IPs: https://www.wordfence.com/help/dashboard/options/#ezoic-platform

Can you also ask your hosting provider to confirm?

For cpanel and whm links, have you confirmed that the DNS zone records for the subdomains cpanel.yoursitename.com and whm.yoursitename.com are correct? There is a CNAME for cpanel and an A record with IP 162--- for whm.

Mohammad2306 Yes, I put the IP list into cpHulk. I will request my hosting to check.

I checked and remembered that I don't have Wordfence activated. But I have a caching plugin: wp rocket.

Yes, confirmed! DNS have been created for cpanel and whm.

Okay, yeah, please ask your hosting provider to confirm and let us know if the problem persists.
