Rogue Ad Removal

I have an ad showing on the left side of all webpages that covers content. It can not be closed. I'd like to remove it. It does not show when the chrome extension is activated. And it is NOT in my ad placeholder list.

How do i remove this ad.

The ad is not limited to any specific page but here are a few URLs on my site:

Note the rogue ad doesn't show every time I visit the site.

Also looks like you made some changes. I see ads active now that I had previously shut off.

One more thought, I right clicked over the problem ad and chose to inspect the page. It showed it as ad placeholder 975.

We haven't been able to reproduce it. Is it a sticky ad? In that case, it could be the left side rail ad. You can turn that feature off through your publisher dashboard (-> Ezoic Ads -> Ad Types). Before you do so, you may want to try clearing all of your cache. Another option is to enable right siderail ads instead.

You are correct, left side rail ads were turned on. I turned off. I'll clear cache and monitor for a few days.
