Humix Video Not showing

Hello I have a Problem with Humix.
Videos are not shown.
The code is there but I can not see the video.
All caches are cleared

ME123 if you add the query /?nocache to the end of your URL you will see Humix videos showing: https://it-learner.de/windows-mit-bitlocker-verschluesseln-videoanleitung/?nocache

This does suggest the ads aren't showing due to caching. Have you double checked you've cleared every cache of the site e.g. at your host, via plugins etc?

Yes, normally I have cleared the cache on my Hoster, also the Cache at ezoic. I think that’s all! The only Caching Plugin i use is the Ezoic Plugin!

ME123 Got it. I'm still pretty certain it is due to caching given that we can see the videos with the /?nocache query - can you try clearing browser cache as well?

Yes done. I also cleared the Browser Cache. The same Problem. Video is not shown. I have again deleted the cache (all) from ezoic and my hoster..

I have now test various Browser, (safari, Firefox, Chrome)
When i´m logged in to my page. I can see the video!
But when not, the video ist not shown?

There's definitely another caching solution in place preventing the update from showing - which makes sense if you're logged into the site (no caching in place there) and then when we add the no-cache URL string.

In the site headers, we can see additional caching potentially - is your host using any browser caching?

I have now turn of memcached and cleared the dynamischer cache!

I have now found the solution to the problem.
If you block a page from the Univeral Player, it apparently also blocks the normal tag (Div Container from Humix)
If you remove this exclusion, the video will load!
Strange
This should not be the case.
Basically, I wanted to prevent two videos from being shown if the Univeral Player is on. My video, especially for this page, and the video from the Unversial Player.
The cache can also be deleted from the site. But unfortunately, it didn't help.

Sorry - were you saying that you were seeing the Universal Player and the Humix video player showing on the same page?

If you use the Universal player, you can set videos for specific pages just like the Humix video player.
