  • Video's are mixed with other accounts

I just uploaded some video's from a new YouTube channel. But all I see is my fitness channel. Why are they mixed instead of seperated?

    When I am on website A and upload YouTube videos, I only see videos from website B and not website A, which is currently active. So there is no way to activate them.

    https://allesovermijnhuisdier.nl/ is the website for which I uploaded a couple of YouTube movies. They are also not listed, but when I try to upload again it says "cannot upload again, they are already uploaded".

    They also stay on "not shared", and I see no way to "share" them.

      Digitalforge The new YouTube channel is linked now and I'm seeing an option to import the videos from YouTube. Are you suggesting the import option isn't working? Also, which videos aren't shared on the network? Every video I see in your studio is shared on the network.

      Do note Humix is only available to sites that're approved for monetization. However, your site allesoverm********* isn't yet approved for monetization, which would explain why you cannot use Humix on that domain.

        I do not see what you see. I only see videos from OTHER websites. But maybe I need to wait to be approved?
        It does say "10 uploads / 0 shared".

          Digitalforge If you send over a screen recording of what you're seeing on your end we can look into this a little further for you. I'm not entirely sure we're on the same page right now. We're happy to look into this a bit more for you!

            Oké. When I am on my website "allesovermijnhuisdier.nl" and I import from YouTube, I see the correct channel. See screenshot 1.

            When I am on the "Manage video's" tap, I see the video's from my other website. See screenshot 2.

            Also, when I import (20) movies for my website, I see the "progress bar", but the movies are never uploaded.
            Always "Failed - (Video has already been imported into Humix)". But it is not visible in the list of imported video's.

              Humix does not show as enabled on that site currently. Can you go to this page and click on Get Started?

                Digitalforge So those videos aren't importing because your domain isn't fully approved for monetization. Once you do get the domain approved you'll be able to import Humix videos for that domain.

                I'm also not seeing any of your fitness videos show in the Humix dashboard for your other site, which would be as expected since you have 'Allow Cross-Domain Access' turned off.

                If you have issues with Humix once the site is approved, let us know

                  I took another account that is approved. Uploaded some movies, but all I see is my fitness channel instead of the channel that belongs to my website "allesoverjouwkind.nl".

                  Shared also stays on zero.

                  P.S. I think this website is approved, because I see a statistics screen instead of a "implement" screen.

                    Digitalforge Hey, yeah the domain is approved! I'm not seeing the fitness videos in the dashboard for that domain either. I can see you've also uploaded 20 videos but they aren't showing on my end yet. It seems both of these issues are down to caching, can we give the dashboard a little longer to update and once that is sorted I'm confident we'll see the uploads for this domain only in Humix. If not we can contact the Humix team for more assistance - just let us know.

                      Oké, something must be wrong. I still see no video's. When I try to upload them again, the website says that I already added them to Humix, which I believe is right... but they never show up.

                        I will look into this tonight when I am back home. And yeah, cloud gave a lot of troubles last time so I don't want that (yet).

                            okay great - I've seen an improvement to revenue being indicated right away so it looks like this has worked. With regards to your videos not appearing when you upload, i believe this is because they've already been uploaded to another domain, so they exist in your library, but not for the correct domain. You could try removing then ones that aren't uploading from your other domain video library, then re-uploading them to --nd.nl. Does this make sense?

                              Yeah it makes sense, but I uploaded them at the correct domain. I will upload another set of movies tomorrow and see what happens. I will let you know in this thread.

                              Its simply not working correctly (for me). But I see that they are monitized so lets just forget about it. This is taking to much time. Thanks for your time and help!
