Hello Ezoic Team,

I'm reaching out to you regarding a concern I've been experiencing over the past few months regarding my payments. Since December of last year, I've noticed that I'm only receiving half of my usual payment without any explanation.

As a partner of Ezoic, I've always relied on the transparency and professionalism of your platform, so this situation has left me quite confused and frustrated. I've thoroughly reviewed my metrics and settings on the platform, and I haven't found any apparent reason for this decrease in my payments.

I understand that technical issues or policy changes may arise that affect payments, but what concerns me most is the lack of communication about it. As a committed partner, I would like to request a clear explanation of why I've been receiving only half of my payment since December and what measures are being taken to address this situation.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with Ezoic and trust that together we can resolve this issue quickly and effectively. I look forward to your prompt response and am available for any additional information you may need from me.

Thanks for reaching out. There is a seasonal drop in ad rates in Q1, which we previously alerted publishers about, but it looks like your traffic also declined signficantly in recent months. Ultimately, your monthly payout is less because your month revenue and visits are less. Your December payment is based on your traffic and earnings from November 2023, which is when ad rates peaked on a seasonal basis and your traffic volume was almost double.

ok but why it says 63 USD revenue ?

ammiel The $63 is your monthly website revenue, you can download the invoice here:

ammiel You have to be clear about what Net 30 means. Your screenshot shows $63.88 in revenue for the month of February. This money does not get paid out immediately at the beginning of March. It gets paid out 1 month later minus whatever adjustments you will have at that time. The $34.47 you are seeing as a payment at the beginning of March has nothing to do with $63.88. The $34.47 payout amount is based on your January revenue of $35.47 minus the $1 charity donation you designated ($35.47 - $1 = $34.47).
