Hi there, I have an unusually high cache miss rate of nearly 100% and am not sure where to start nor understand why this is happening. The only thing I could figure out was to turn ON the "Enable Caching For Cookies". Should this help or is this some compatibility issue with something else?

enabling caching for cookies should fix this, but before you do so: Are you using cookies on your site for any special functionality/features that you know of?

RobL Caching for cookies could well affect the e-commerce section, we've had issues in the past with caching for cookies on ecommerce sites in the basket section so it may be best to leave this setting off.

Instead, are you using caching outside Ezoic e.g. at your host, via plugins or via Cloudflare? You'd want to disable your host/plugin caching if that is active and double check Cloudflare cache is set to standard. These changes should allow Ezoic's caching app to work more effectively on the site
