  • New Manage Videos does not work well

Hello, I've had some bad experiences while using the new Manage Videos interface. For example, when I'd like to edit videos from page 10 to page 11, After saving, the page moved back to page 1 instead of staying on page 10-11. To edit the next video, I have to click 10 times to move to page 10 to continue. This problem also happens when I search for videos to edit, after saving, the page goes back to page 1, and I have to search again. In the old version, after saving, the page continued to be on the current editing video page. It was very convenient. Please fix it.

      I have another problem. I can't upload videos properly because I am getting this error

        Byte Where exactly are you seeing that error, after which function in Humix does this pop up? We'll need more specifics so we can try address this for you

          Ethan Everytime I upload a video. Sometimes, this error does not appear but uploading is stuck at 0%. No progress at all. I even tried yesterday to leave the upload for a while to see if its really uploading but it's not. No progress. I tried this in Humix studio and quick action button.

            I did make my only free video on flickify and the video did not show up on humix so this is the improved experience with it its a downgrade. and my intro is also completely messed up with the new update so I wasted my only 1 credit can I get it back? the intro turned out completely different from the preview screen.

              I'm having the EXACT same problem and am getting the same error message when I try to upload a video. When I try to change a thumbnail I get that message too. It's been happening since yesterday.

                  Ethan Hi. How was the issue? Is it already fixed? Tried uploading another video and it's fixed to 5%. It's already more than 1 hour. I have a good internet speed and I don't think it's the issue on my end.

                    @Byte looks like all your videos are now uploaded - can you check again and let us know?

                      The last three videos I tried to upload are showing 0%. It's either very slow or not working.

                        The Humix team has run an update to address the issue and they'll continue to monitor.

                          Mohammad, I'm able to upload videos now, but it won't allow me to change thumbnails. It gives me an error message about not being able to receive my account information. Is there a possibility that this can be fixed? Thanks!

                            So you went through these steps and it happened after you clicked on 'Upload Image' and selected the new file to upload?

                            And you're saying it was exactly the same error message you saw at the beginning of this thread?
                            "Error! There was an error receiving your account data. Please try again."

                              Mohammad2306 Exactly! I just tried uploading a new thumbnail on my video on gardening hacks and it gave me the same error message about not being able to contact my account information.

                                  Mohammad2306 appreciate your help, Mohammad! I just tried to upload a video on minimalism and it gave me this message: "Error! Oh no! Something is broken. Please try another request or try again later.:" Couldn't get it to load at all.

                                    I also got an email after trying to upload saying I'm uploading duplicate content and could get banned. The reason it's duplicate is because it didn't go up the first time! Am I at risk of getting my account banned? This is frustrating.
