  • Too many redirects and cannot access or edit homepage.

Hello!

I can access and edit all my pages and blog posts apart from my homepage as it says that I have too many redirects. I spoke with my hosting provider HistGater at least 10 times and they say it's CDN and probably Ezoic as they cannot resolve it. They say to contact you.

I cannot access or edit in WordPress my homepage.

Please help me!!

Luke The site loads without issues when we view an uncached version, such as: https://worryhead.com/?heufehtrg

Please can you clear out your browser cache/ any caching technologies you are using on the site, and also check with your host to make sure they have disabled server side caching?

Thank you Imogen, I have done all of that, I don't use any caching technologies aside from Ezoic, HostGator cannot understand what is wrong, and I still cannot edit my homepage in WordPress or see my homepage. I worry that people don't see my homepage because they click on https://worryhead.com/ not on https://worryhead.com/?heufehtrg

Whenever I enter my homepage normally as it should br using https://worryhead.com/ it says that:

      This page isn’t working
worryhead.com redirected you too many times.
      Try deleting your cookies.
      ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I also attached the screenshot. HostGator says it must Ezoic as it points to different directories or something, they say that this is the problem:

      *Nameserver 1: tetra.ezoicns.com dingo.ezoicns.com
      *Nameserver 2: zorse.ezoicns.com hyena.ezoicns.com

...but I don't think it is as I am with you for a long time and never had an issue until 3 months ago with seeing and editing my homepage.

I have done all you asked me and still no difference. Please help Imogen, and thank you for your response and support.

Are you using any additional SSL technologies from the Host or via a Plugin?

Also, the fact that the non-cached URL is not showing the error is pointing to there being additional caching that needs to be cleared.
Step 1 is to clear Ezoic caching (Dashboard > LEAP > Caching > Clear all)
Step 2 is to then locate and clear any additional caching you have setup (plugin, host, cloudflare, etc.)
Step 3 is to clear your own browsers caching and cookies.

Hello Tucker_P_Ezoic may I ask a new question?

I tried to get approved for monetization about 6 weeks ago but I had only 900 monthly views and Ezoic suddenly said that I am not eligible for re-review. How can Ezoic approve my site?

          Please help πŸ™

          Przemo

We are unable to review site approvals in this forum. Our Platform Quality Team reviewed your site and was unable to approve it for monetization due to the content. If the status says not eligible for re-review, that means you won't be able to apply again with the site. You are free to submit other sites for review.

              Thank you Muhammad,

It's sad that I built my website to 5000 monthly visits already, and yet, I cannot re-apply. I think that's a bit unfair of Ezoic not to give a chance to apply more than once and I feel that therefore Ezoic is going to lose people because of that, including me, as I am going to withdraw 3 of my websites to go elsewhere...

              Ezoic loses on that.

              Thanks so much πŸ™

              Przemo

We receive a large of volume of applications on a daily basis and the process is designed to be fair to all publishers. As it is, the opportunity to reapply depends on the specific circumstances. The note made it clear that it was not possible to resubmit the site in this case.

Hello, how can I talk to an Ezoic expert here? Whenever I create a question, AI responds and is useless. Please help. I just joined Kit (ConvertKit) and they said this:

"CNAME records are normally updated on the DNS provider. In this case, Hostgator. However, they said that your domain is now managed by Ezoic. Kindly follow their instructions by reaching out to Ezoic's support to help you on this."

                  Can you help me, please?
