I had a constant Origin Error trouble with my website for a like month now, even though I haven't changed anything on my website. I have sent the list of IPs to whitelist to my hosting provider, and they later confirmed they have done that. However, after I have confirmed Ezoic IP Whitelist here https://pubdash.ezoic.com/settings/connection/troubleshooting my site has stopped working - I have Origin Error whatever page I try to open.

Can I somehow disable Ezoic IP Whitelist option?

Famoza Disabling the IPs from whitelisting wouldn't solve this error - who're you using for hosting? If your host claims to have whitelisted Ezoic IPs but you're still facing issues we may need to recommend some alternatives to get this fixed.

Famoza How has your host gone about whitelisting the IPs? Just to be clear, you haven't recently added any security plugins? Also, have you cleared any caches you have of the site?

No, I haven't added any security plugins, nor I changed anything on my website. I have cleared cached on my website regularly - the last time I did it was yesterday evening. As you can see, my website famoza.net doesn't work at all now, I can't even access my admin panel or anything else.

Ethan Can you please help me disable Ezoic whitelisting IP? My site is down and won't be up anytime, as it's down from the moment I enabled whitelisting IPs. Then, we can work from that.

Famoza As I mentioned, removing Ezoic's IPs from the whitelist isn't going to solve this but if you want to do that you would need to request that with your host rather than Ezoic. What you could do as an alternative to avoid the origin error is instead connect via our WordPress plugin (do note this doesn't perform as well though in terms of speed).

The moment I confirmed Whitelisting today, my website stopped working. Days before that, my hosting provider whitelisted Ezoic IPs, and the website was still running, with occasional "Origin error". Thus, that's why I need somehow to "uncofirm" Ezoic IP Whitelist on Ezoic platform. That can only be done on Ezoic side - I don't have the option to uncofirm it.

Thanks for explaining - Looks like your site is currently up and running for me. The whitelisting IPs button shouldn't cause the issues that you're having. Are you seeing the origin errors in any particular area of the site? Is it every time on every page?

That doesn't necessarily feel like a fair assessment of this situation, we might need to back up and get on the same footing here.

1. When you press 'confirm whitelisting', all that does is ensure your site is only using the Ezoic IPs that are included in the Origin Errors guide - it's what makes sure once you have that set of IPs whitelisted with the host, that you won't see an origin error caused by other Ezoic IPs being used.
   That is undoubtedly not the cause of the origin errors appearing.

2. An origin error suddenly appearing is usually related to IPs not being whitelisted correctly. We've asked a few times for you to confirm where / what / how the host actually implemented the whitelist of IPs. Sometimes hosts will have multiple locations they need to whitelist IPs, or might not understand the full nature of the issue. We typically suggest sharing the entire guide with the host so that they can have an understanding of the setup, the error situation, and what solution might work best with their services.

3. You mentioned 'too many problems lately' - but we're not seeing any additional threads opened here in the community to discuss any issues you've faced.
