Could you please assist?

I have been having this issue for the past week or 2. It seems as though the Ezoic Leap Cache is not caching my website correctly. As far as I know, this is every day or every second day I logon to my website via an incognito window, and my homepage does not load correctly; it loads in a raw format (not sure of the name of this format). I have attached screenshots of what this looks like.

It only occurs on my homepage, and when I manually clear all caching or cache the homepage, it then reloads in the correct format and all elements load. This only started recently; could anyone please assist in getting this not to load like this anymore?

The screenshots show the not cached version, which is what I see when I logon to my website and then after I manually cache using the Ezoic Leap caching, it shows correct on the screenshot labelled cached

Do you have any other caching active on the site by any chance? Usually if we're repeatedly storing this version of the site it's because it's being fed to us by your server. If there is any other caching on the site make sure to clear it, and we can do the same on the Ezoic side and check from ther.

      Hello

HarryB No I do not have any other caching on my site as this is what I had been told to remove last year already, so did so and this problem was never an issue till this recently. I only use Leap from Ezoic now

bettergolfnation Can you check if you have Litespeed Cache, either as a WordPress plugin or through your host? Can you disable it if that's the case?

We found multiple references to it on your site.

        x-litespeed-cache-control
        x-litespeed-tag

Alternatively, if the issue is only happening on the homepage, you can go to the Caching settings and use Exclusion Rules to exclude the homepage from caching.

Mohammad2306 Thank you so much, I have been able to sort it. It was caching with Litespeed through my host so they have deleted it and made sure it is not doing so and it seems to be fine now

          Thank you so much!
