Ethan Thanks for getting back. But could you request your colleague to take a proper look at this again? I believe there might be some glitch somewhere. I never received duplicate payment from Ezoic ever since I've been on the platform. And if they insist, please tell them to come up with receipt of the duplicate payment that occurred in 2021, the date and month, the exact amount that was duplicated and the means of payment used. I will also try to reach out to Payoneer for all Ezoic related receipts for the said period for cross examination.
