I am seeing a negative balance that is above $1300 in my account balance. I should be having around $50 as a positive balance, but seeing a huge negative balance. Why?
Going through my payment history, I see this huge negative balance everywhere, tracing back to 2020 and even on some of my payments from the platform. Any explanation, please?

      MrDroid So back in 2021 you were sent a duplicate payment, and for a little while our system did not prevent new payments going out (to balance out the duplicate payment we made). You're not receiving payments now to balance out the duplicate payment, and haven't been receiving revenue since August 2023

      Hopefully that clears it up, let us know if not.

        Ethan Thanks for getting back. But could you request your colleague to take a proper look at this again? I believe there might be some glitch somewhere. I never received duplicate payment from Ezoic ever since I've been on the platform. And if they insist, please tell them to come up with receipt of the duplicate payment that occurred in 2021, the date and month, the exact amount that was duplicated and the means of payment used. I will also try to reach out to Payoneer for all Ezoic related receipts for the said period for cross examination.

          The ledgers have been correct, and the balance reflecting now is correct.

          We did overpay on August 25th (there was a returned payment from Wise in June that we resent with Payoneer and paid the same amount in August - that payment should only have been sent to you once) - so there is a negative balance in the account still, but it's the correct amount (not the 1300 showing earlier) ๐Ÿ™‚
