shofi I have recently transferred my site to a new hosting. I was using cloudflare DNS. That I have stopped using. Now, I have updated namecheap DNS with ezoic nameserver and also updated ezoic DNS with new hosting IP.
I am also facing the same issue on my client site Since you have stopped using Cloudflare and moved to Ezoic nameservers, the issue is most likely related to DNS configuration or propagation. First, make sure your domain at Namecheap is using only Ezoic nameservers and that all old Cloudflare nameservers are completely removed. Then, check inside the Ezoic DNS dashboard that your A record is correctly pointing to your new hosting IP and that there are no duplicate or outdated DNS records causing conflicts.
Also, confirm that your hosting server firewall is not blocking Ezoic IP ranges, as this can trigger the “compatibility issue” warning. Finally, clear your cache and allow up to 24–48 hours for full DNS propagation. If the issue still persists, it’s best to contact Ezoic support and request a DNS compatibility check from their side.
