Ethan Many thanks, Ethan, this is very useful! So, if I understand correctly, I should add a new CNAME as a DNS record in Ezoic and at my host provider (Cloudways). OVS has not asked me as yet to choose a name for my new professional email. I suppose that the name I will enter as a CNAME at Ezoic and Cloudways will be the name of my new email. Is this correct? I also noticed that if I want to name the professional email something like infoatvicvideopic.com, I should enter: infoat@. Is this correct? Is there anything else I need to do?
vicvideopic You just need to add the DNS record to Ezoic as we are managing your DNS records. We can't say for sure what information will be included in the record, you'll have to see what information is provided by OVS.
Go ahead and add the record to Ezoic and if you are unable to get it working, reach out to us in this thread, please include a screenshot of the information that has been provided by OVS for the CNAME record.

So apparently I simply need to create this CNAME record within 24 hours. Could you please tell me what to enter in the fields NAME, VALUE and TTL of the new DNS record?
Name = mh2cm-check Value = ovh.com TTL = up to you, you could set 5 min, same as what you have for your A records

OK, I have moved to the next phase: I need to enter MX Records
In Ezoic, after choosing Add DNS Record, I select MX as Record Type.
Then I have to fill: NAME, VALUE, PRIORITY, TTL The last two seem self-explanatory, but what should I enter for NAME and VALUE?

vicvideopic When adding the MX records, you complete the below information: Record Type - MX Name - @ Value - mx0.mail.ovh.net. Priority - 1 TTL - whatever you like
Imogen Many thanks, Imogen, It seems to be working. I have also configured SRV and SPF. They all turned green, so it should be fine.
Now I have to configure DKIM and I am completely lost. Any help with it would be greatly appreciated

vicvideopic You will need to enter the record in your Ezoic dashboard (-> Settings -> DNS), just like the other records. You would have to check with OVH regarding the configuration. It's not something we control on our end.
