fontanasml Can you clarify? Are you referring to shared videos on your site? The videos are muted by default until the user chooses to play them. If there are videos you do not want to have displayed at all, you can update your Humix settings (-> https://pubdash.ezoic.com/humix/channel/inserted-videos).
I'm gonna bump this thread because it appears audio is NOT muted by default anymore.
I usually have my sound off while working, but I'm listening to a video interview right now as I work.
I opened a page on one of Ezoic sites and was blown away by the adobe video ad blaring out of my speakers lol!

Jennifer Is it happening consistently or was it a one-time occurrence? I just went to your sites and wasn't able to reproduce it. The mute icon is on by default.
Only seems to be happening on my "i" site....
First post on homepage... just opened it and the Adobe ad music starts blaring....

Jennifer The 27 post? The videos are still muted for me. It could be something specific to that Adobe ad and/or your cache. What happens when you clear your cache and return to that page?
Yes, the "27" post.
I cleared the cache for that url - reloaded post - video ads are muted again (but it's not the Adobe video ad so you might be correct in saying it's specific to that Adobe ad)
