  • Addressing recurring 'Origin Unreachable' issue on website

I keep getting Origin Unreachable.

This is a new recent issue I am having with my website. I have watched the solving Origin Error video, I have confirmed my IP and have checked the whitelisting issues and all seems fine.

Is there a way to check this and resolve it?

      Does this not mean it is whitelisted?

        legendcrest Not quite, that means you've confirmed with your host that the IPs are whitelisted.

        Did you have your host whitelist Ezoic's IPs, and who're you using for hosting?

          legendcrest That isn't a host I am familiar with, but let us know what they say, fingers crossed they can whitelist the IPs to resolve this.

            They said they cant whitelist cos it is a shared server.
