Why are ads not showing on my website?

Anwana I visited your site, and I saw a bunch of porn ads and popups with porn ads. I guess your site was hacked. Clean the malware and change your passwords. And make sure that your site won't be hacked in the future.

It seems nobody is replying, here again, my issues haven't been solved and I have done all I'm asked to do, yet no further updates or directives have been received.

When we visit the site, we're facing all sorts of redirects away from the domain, as well as seeing potentially offensive content on site similar to the experience Mex had earlier.
We cannot allow the site to show ads with this behavior taking place on the site.
Please get in touch with your Host to fix any malware issues you might be having.

@rapidspurts - it appears you did not receive an answer from our staff over the weekend, which is pretty typical of how support works with Community.ezoic.com . This is a collaborative learning environment where when our team isn't available, other publishers can help as needed.
Have you made any adjustments to the ads.txt file or any Ezoic > Monetization related apps? It doesn't appear as though any Google ads are running on the site, which would lead us to believe there might be something wrong with how they are viewing the site - have you had any adsense or ad manager warnings/errors/issues in the past?

To answer your question:

No, I haven't made any adjustment to the ads.txt file or any Ezoic monetization-related app.
Yes, I have had an Adsense-related issue before. Although it wasn't this site directly, this site was with the other banned site on the same Adsense account. The other site was banned due to a surge in bot traffic, and I have appealed to Adsense more than twice regarding the issue, but my applications were turned down. I never sent any bot traffic, as you can see my traffics are natural and are from tier-1 countries.

Adsense banned the account, which directly affect this site (thesuccu....).

But recently when my admanager account was approved, I checked and see that google has also approved the site (MCM), so I don't know why ads are still not showing, is there any way out of this, or I should forget about the site totally?

HI @rapidspurts - we're going to do some digging around the Google issue you mentioned. Historically, Google can be a bit slow and methodical with this type of thing, so just give us a day or two to hear back and we'll be able to provide an update.

Please my AD Manager was approved 3 days ago, and my site was approved for adsense a few hours ago. However i checked my website to discover that ADS were no longer showing and when i logged into my account and checked the monetization tab i saw this

I checked my email and no mail was sent neither did i receive any notification email regarding this subject. I have given Ezoic quality team access to my Google Analytics account and my site is also protected by Cloudflare from Bot traffic. So what could possibly be the issue here?

HI FreeToolsHub - can you please disable the cloudflare dDos protection for us, and then let us know once complete.
The reason the site was disabled was because 40% of all traffic was coming from unknown sources.
Can you provide a little bit of information about where you might be advertising the site?

Thanks for the feedback. I only turned on BOT fight mode for the domain on Cloudflare, i don't have DDOS protection on it, and yes i did advertise the site on a forum "Nairaland.com" for sometime and i turned of the advertising campaign early yesterday morning. I don't intend to use that forum anymore for advertising.
Should i still turn off the BOT fight mode?

Hi FreeToolsHub - yes, BOT fight mode basically prevents Ezoic from properly being able to optimize the site. In most cases, you'd either be seeing origin errors or start to see origin errors, and that can often look like invalid traffic (high bounce rates, low engagement times - all signs of site errors).

Hi @FreeToolsHub - there's still a compatibility issue showing with the DNS potentially - and the site is showing origin errors that can be related to incorrect DNS at Ezoic.
Can we have you follow the instruction below, and let us know once you've confirmed the Ezoic DNS have exact copies of the Hosts A, CNAME, MX and TXT records?
See here:

Take your Hosts DNS records (Where to Find DNS Records / Zone Files at your Host) and locate the A, CNAME, MX and TXT records. https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host
(You do not edit/change these, they are simply the master copy of the DNS used for reference when changing the Ezoic DNS)
2.Then, access the Ezoic DNS (How To Update / Add DNS Records and Subdomains) and make sure there are exact copies of the Hosts' A, CNAME, MX and TXT records showing with Ezoic DNS.
-- If they don't exist, create new ones.
-- If they already exist, but have incorrect values, update the existing records (hit the pencil icon next to the record).

Hi @FreeToolsHub - ultimately what we're working towards is an error free site for several days so that we can collect data to see if there's room for a re-review here (due to errors on site potentially flagging for invalid traffic).
We can't do anything today that will get ads showing - we might need to reset that expectation. We're hoping that if you're able to troubleshoot and resolve the errors then we'd have a fair few days to look at the data and decide if a re-review is in order.

I can now access the site without errors, and that looks to have been the fix that was needed. Let's keep the site integrated for a few days time, and have you reach back out to us via this thread on Thursday. We'll have a few days to look at and see if we need to adjust the timeline.

Tucker_P_Ezoic If I understood you correctly, the issue has been fixed but you still need a few days to reassess and review? About the traffic issue, the traffic was from a forum Nairaland.com, i paid for banner advertising there and its pure human traffic, no bot or automated. Although i have discontinued the AD campaign that i have with them.

If the site is error free, then yes - we'd need a few days to assess whether we can process a re-review for the site.

Charlie Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate. I gave Ezoic access to my Google Analytics over 2 months ago so they can also monitor my traffic stats, and It still baffles me why they always keep turning off my ADS. I always ensure that my traffic sources are clean and legit. AD servings was turned off over 11 days ago, and i've sent several mails to PQ Appeals (appeals@ezoic.com) , none of my mails were replied. I only got feedback from Tucker_P_Ezoic . It's very frustrating to say the least. I've done everything that I need to do.
