Although no Caching plugin is on the site as I have removed all incompatible plugins as recommended a long time ago, I have made sure that all the references to the litespeed cache are removed from my cPanel (file manager).
The article you sent was indeed a lifesaver as I was able to correctly set up the SSL by switching back from "full" to "flexible" option, and also to set up the Consent Management and the privacy policy apps. And then cleared the Cache from Ezoic's end. I think I should be good now, right?
