peter7779 yes, the new ad formats have been turned off and your set-up is as it was prior to us having introduced that new ad type. As per my message, it is not expected that the ads don't load, leaving whitespace. Naturally, if that is happening, then the expected impact on viewability, click-through rate and long-term revenue likely won't be forthcoming. That is why our Tech team wanted to turn them back on, otherwise they won't be able to troubleshoot and apply a complete fix, allowing you to benefit from turning that ad type back on.
However, if you are not interested in improving your ad viewability and click-through rate, as well as your long-term revenue, we can keep those off. We always think it's best to let the data dictate what ad types show because this reflects your users' preferences, but ultimately you have full control over what ad types show.
With that said, it sounds like the issue whereby ads aren't loading is persisting, which suggests the aforementioned ad type may not be the culprit anyhow. I'm not able to replicate this issue however - the ads consistently load for me on both desktop and mobile. Ads can sometimes take 5 - 6 seconds to load due to lazy loading - to confirm, the ads are not loading at all?
If so, it may be a demand issue. If you have an AdSense account, linking that to Ezoic can help with this.
Where are you located - Malaysia? I can try to VPN to your location to reproduce the issue. Are you using a VPN by any chance?
