I've managed to check the site on my end and am also not able to see any ads at the moment, despite our configuration being set correctly which is quite odd.
I've gone ahead and reached out to our extended team on this along with my findings to see if we can find any further issues that may be causing this. Just to confirm, outside of the recent IP change, have you made any other changes to the site? If not, not to worry as we'll get our team on this for you! :-)
