I have noticed my cache miss rate is increasing, and some online tools also tested my site does not implement Lazy Load. I'm very sure I have enabled lazy load. Is it possible that ads don't load was due to caching issues?

peter7779 Hi there! Our team is still looking into this, so we don't know for sure just yet. A caching issue is definitely possible in this case but we'll wait to hear back from our team before knowing for sure.
Lazy loading should be enabled and I do see it appearing to happen normally when I visit your site.

Just Fyi, below are 2 websites that use Ezoic ads. They are not my websites.

I can see Ezoic ads loading almost 100% in this website: https://www.techtricksworld.com/why-cant-i-unsend-messages-on-my-iphone/

I see only 20 - 50% of Ezoic ads loading in this website. The remaining are empty placeholders with only Ezoic's logo: https://findfunnynames.com/funny-dog-names/

peter7779 Thanks, our team is still looking into the issue for you at the moment. At the moment they've found that they're able to get ads to display from Malaysia so they're looking into why you're seeing this on your end. I contacted my host and they keep telling me what are these:

"If we look up error 520 is comes up as a Cloudflare error between the web server(cloudflare) and the origin server(us). If they have ultiple records they're pointing to we suggest they stop and only point it to HG(from within cloudlfare if they continue using the CDN). Also I suggest you to remove the multiple records."

The host would need to whitelist the Ezoic server IP addresses according to this guide: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors

If they're using an online DNS lookup, they're going to see Ezoic IPs listed returning for the A records, but that's expected when a proxy is involved and not a sign that your DNS are incorrect: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/why-do-my-online-dns-records-not-match-those-in-my-ezoic-dns-settings

If you look at the Ezoic DNS in the Dashboard > Settings tab, you'll see one (1) server IP listed for your A @ root domain record. If that's the correct server IP address, then you can safely move on from the DNS being a cause of the errors you're seeing and go back to the origin error guide I linked above.

peter7779 Yes, please have them whitelist the IP addresses listed in the support article Tucker provided. This should resolve the 520 error, since there is no issue with the DNS records.

I contacted Hostgator, and was told server got blacklisted. Am still waiting for their escalated support to respond.

Just checking, does this have anything to do with Ezoic?

This could be down to your host blocking our IPs - If you're able to get the IPs in this guide whitelisted at Mod_Security (this is software likely added by your host) then it should hopefully stop these issues from occurring: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors

So previously it was only the hosting company whitelisting those IPs? (See above thread for more info).

Now there's another whitelisting need to be done and that's Mod_Security? 2 different things?

peter7779 To respond to your first query - yes you may need to whitelist Ezoic's IPs at your host and mod security. I would just ask your host to turn off mod-security altogether if possible as it does tend to cause issues with Ezoic.

In terms of the blank dashboard, that's not a widespread issue we're aware of. Are you able to clear the cache or log in from incognito and when you do so do you continue to face this issue? This may be also related to mod security/the error you're currently facing on the domain itself.

Why am I getting a blank page for the past 2 hours trying to login to my Ezoic dashboard? I have been trying on 2 different laptops, 2 different mobiles and 1 tablet. All giving me the blank Ezoic page.

I have cleared browser's cache. My internet was fine and I have no issue surfing other websites, YouTube, Facebook etc.
The only site I couldn't login was Ezoic dashboard.
I still couldn't login in to https://pubdash.ezoic.com/. It still giving me the blank page.
The reason I can get in here was I came in via this URL instead: https://support.ezoic.com/

Isn't have ModSecurity disabled dangerous? Is that a good idea?

As for the blank dashboard issue, i tried on incognito and it's the dame thing. This is not always happening though, but it sure happens when i really need to log into my dashboard.
