Mohammad2306 I turned it off and the problem left. When I switched it on, the problem came back again.
Menu Bar Not Responding
Ezoic Employee
I'd recommend turning off script delay completely and seeing if that fixes the issue. It may not be compatible with your setup, but you can continue to use the rest of the features without issue.
For every kadence theme user menu bar is not working when we use all leap options.especially script delay option, when we enable script delay the menu bar in mobile device are not working.please fix the issue for kadence theme users
Ezoic Employee
Lathish1999 Have you removed the menu script from being delayed? You can toggle this to 'not delay' to resolve any functionality issues you are seeing with your menu

Yes it working now.Thank you. For kadence theme users login ezoic > leap > optimize > script execution (Advanced settings) > script Delay (Find Delayed Scripts) > in search search Menu > below inline script type set script to Don't Delay.
Imogen Thank you mam
Hey, I am also a kadence user.
But, I am unable to find this script delay option. When I search "menu", I don't get anything
Do help in this regard

iwaleed Did the problem go away when you turned LEAP off temporarily? The first step is to confirm if there is a compatibility issue. You can then follow the steps to adjust the LEAP settings in this guide.
Also, can you check if you have Autoptimize on your site? There was a related reference to a page URL on your site (Find Delayed Scripts).
True, in script delay, there is one that has something like .... autoptimize..... but I don't have any plugin like that
There's a console error pointing to the Kadence navigation JavaScript file — see images below:
Please recommend what to do??

Ezoic Employee
You can exclude that script from script delay to get rid of the error, just find it in the list of delayed scripts and turn it off.
Secondly, have you ever had autoptimize in the past? It would be worth reactivating it, turning everything off, then completely uninstalling it if so, it should get rid of the autoptimize script from your site.

iwaleed Harry was referring to reactivating the feature to ensure that you have turned off all the technology and then completely uninstall it.
Can we test turning Ezoic traffic back on so that we can test this ourselves? I noticed you have turned off, I presume temporarily until we can get the menu issue resolved?
Yes please because I cannot find a way to resolve this problem.
Talking about ads, I switched theme recently. Since all the placeholders are created by Ezoic team, I don't know what changes to make.
So yes, you can turn on ads but please review that they go well with the new theme.
But my main problem is the mobile menu not working. Please review that. Thanks

The menu appears to be working, but there is an ad placement that needs to be deleted and then re-added into a different location to preserve revenue (screenshot).
You can use the chrome extension to do this.

see here:

Sorry, but the menu is still not working.
Once the issue is resolved, we can talk about ad placement. I tried managing the placeholders but couldn't; as I mentioned, I have not set them up.
When Ezoic approved me, your team did this for me. I did install the Chrome extension but cannot properly edit these placeholders.
So, currently, I have tuned traffic off till the menu issue is resolved.
Please help me resolve the menu issue first, it's still not working!
