Cloud integration simply means routing traffic through the reverse proxy setup - the host remains in place, with no change to where the actual content is being hosted (the server IP that's dedicated to the site).

Having a dedicated IP address typically means access to more options with the host - such as whitelisting proxied IPs like you'd be using with Ezoic. Essentially, it is just a case of updating to Ezoic's nameservers at the domain registrar. So no need to do anything further to activate Cloudflare on your domain

DNS added, Webmail in hostinger working fine. However when trying to sync email in Outlook on my Windows computer then it is not working even after adding Incoming server (IMAP) and Outgoing server (SMTP)

As I was waiting for your reply for the last two days as their was no response, finally I fixed it my self. Now the question is everything is fixed including the nameserver. However their is n o growth in revenue, I can see in one of my blog that the organic traffic has started increasing however the earning is very low.

You can track the EPMV in your earnings report. It has increased.
There is also seasonality at the beginning of the year.
