OK if requests made by Ezoic are being blocked we would need those IPs to be whitelisted, however as your host has mentioned that they believe the CDN to be the cause we can look into that further with you.
I took a look at your Ezoic caching and it does all appear to be set up correctly, however, I do see that you have an exclusion rule set up for */feed/ are your blog posts using the feed to post to social media? If so then this exclusion rule is stopping the Ezoic caching and CDN from working on any relevant URLs.
Can you make a note of that exclusion rule and then remove it, clear your Ezoic cache and see if the issue continues, if it does we can rule this out as being the culprit and you can set the exclusion rule back up.
